SPE Motorsport 6.7 Powerstroke 20+ Air Intake System

SPE designed the 2020+ 6.7L Powerstroke Air Intake System with the same approach as every SPE product—real testing, real results. We ran it through dyno pulls, street driving, and towing to make sure it performs under every condition. The result is a sealed intake that delivers efficient airflow and lower IATs without compromising fit, reliability or maintainability.

Unlike restrictive factory designs or oversized open elements that heat soak, this system maintains proper MAF readings that stay consistent. The sealed airbox and large-volume intake tube give the turbo access to cool, dense air where it counts—resulting in improved throttle response and overall efficiency. The awesome sound is just a bonus!

Flow Volume

The 2020+ system uses every bit of available space in the engine bay to increase tube/box volume and reduce restriction. There are no inserts to neck the system down to factory size. We design for performance—not for appearances on a spec sheet.

Mold Design

Our mold design is just as important as function. The SPE intake was built to look factory-clean with smooth transitions and no raised parting lines. The MAF placement is tucked out of plain sight, giving a clean, OE-style finish that performs like a true aftermarket upgrade. Our rotomolded process leaves a smooth glossy internal finish helping it that much more in the favor of air flow!

Integrated Mounting

All mounting points are molded directly into the intake. No extra brackets, no flex, and no rusting hardware. This keeps installation simple and ensures long-term stability under vibration or heat. Our simple mounting allows the intake system to move adequately with the engine and chassis.

 Ease of Maintenance

Unlike other intake systems SPE has made ours simple to work on. The filter can be maintained with ease by removing the lid and filter clamp. There is no need to remove everything like some other air intakes on the market. 

Air Filter Design

Every filter is built specifically for the 6.7L platform— no one-size-fits-all designs here. The non-woven cotton media offers high filtration efficiency and can be run dry for max flow or oiled for added protection. Reinforced silicone ends provide a tight seal and long service life. This is currently the largest air filter available for the 2020+ 6.7 Powerstroke platform. Outflowing everyone while meeting ISO 5011 testing standards (oiled).
